About the Models

What sets our models apart is system depth, which we consider to be the most important aspect of model making. The professional Boeing series is therefore licensed by Boeing and tested by real airline pilots and engineers. To stay the top model manufacturer for X-Plane we employ the best texture artists and real aeronautical engineers. We are also fortunate to receive the help from enthusiasts – sound engineers and video auditors.

About FlightFactor Team

The flight factor team is diverse and international. We have people from Russia, Germany, Ukraine, the United States, Holland and France. The core of the team is Roman (aka ramzzess) and Philipp.

Roman is the guy who does all the 3D modelling and programming the system and visual effects in SASL. Roman is also having all the fun managing the group.

By education Roman is a mathematician with a PhD in probability. He has gotten interested in X-Plane three years ago and is known for the SSJ, Be-200, Tu-444 and IL96. Roman also worked in Dneproavia – a local carrier and flew Bulldogs in his college days.

Philipp - the avionics guy and plugin crafter.

He has been a programer for 10 years and an aviation-nerd for all of this life. He has recently acquired his private pilot's licence. In 2004 he discovered X-Plane 8 and was a member of the vasFMC freeware project. He is also known for work with Javier Rollon on the famous CRJ, worked for the UAV company MAVinci - now he works for Laminar Research on X-Plane and as the FMC and avionics systems programmer for FlightFactor.

In 2011 Roman and Philipp teamed up to create FlightFactor and started making the most realistic and complete models of Boeing aircraft under an official license.
